Step 1: Accessing the Complaint Portal

Step 2: Logging In

Upon accessing the provided link, you will be directed to the login page, which will appear as follows:

 

On this page, you will need to choose your account type – either trading or DP. Following this, enter your PAN (Permanent Account Number) and DOB (Date of Birth).

Subsequent to this step, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address. Please enter this OTP in the designated field to proceed further with the process.

Step 3: Filing Your Complaint

You will be directed to a form where you can provide details about your complaint. This may include complaint against, segment type-the type of service you’re having trouble with, and a description of the issue you’re facing.

Kindly complete all the tabs marked with a red asterisk (*), as they are of significant importance.

Failure to fill out these mandatory fields will result in your complaint not being successfully registered.

Be sure to provide accurate and concise information. Include any relevant account numbers, dates, and specific details to help the Globe support team understand your concern better.

Once you have completed all the necessary details, click on the “Submit” button, and your complaint will be successfully registered.
