Responsible for revenue generation for the branch customer relationship management and recommending various financial products and services (equity, Commodity, SIP, mutual fund, fixed deposit Bonds, PMS,) to the clients.
Should be well verse with capital market and strong hold on equities.
Straitening monthly business along with driving daily revenue and other KRA’s . Review every 15 days on set targets also attends their queries or issues if any. Join them on large client meet.
Co-coordinating with RMs on regular basis for client sourcing with team, taking seminars for branch customers. Also co-ordinations for day to day activity.
Motivating the team to achieve business target
Handling new client queries and acting as the face of the business.
Working with the sales and marketing team to drive sales forward.
Mentoring and training up junior and new staff. Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets.
Weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements. Implementing new initiatives. Involved in the recruitment of new staff.
Praise team members and creates positive work environment. Ensuring all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly. Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance.
Revenue generation for the branch as well as the customer relationship management responsible for P&L of the branch.
