Urban Company is a technology-driven, full-stack online marketplace for home and beauty services, founded in 2014. As of June 30, 2025, the company had a presence in 51 cities across India, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore. The platform empowers a vast network of trained and background-verified professionals, with an average of 54,347 active service professionals on the platform in the three months ended June 30, 2025.

The Indian home services market presents a significant opportunity, with a total addressable market of approximately US$60 billion in Fiscal 2025. This market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 10-11%.

The company operates under three main business segments: India consumer services, which includes a wide range of home and beauty services structured into standardized units; Native, its branded line of home solutions like water purifiers and electronic door locks; and International business, which serves consumers in the UAE, Singapore, and KSA (through a joint venture). Urban Company’s revenue streams include fees from platform services, product sales to service professionals, and sales of its Native products.
