- It operates in a highly regulated environment to provide seamless and transparent trading operations across the segment while ensuring the safety and data protection of participants. Any kind of strict regulatory actions and penalties by the regulatory authorities like SEBI or IFSCA can have an adverse impact on the business operations and financial performance of the company.
