NSE’s GIFT City International bourse to allow daily expiry for Nifty options from Oct. 13- Daily Market Update 30th Sept 2025
Global Stock Market Today
- US equity markets settled on a flat to positive note.
- European equity markets also ended on a flat note.
- Majority of Asian equity markets are trading in green.
- GIFT Nifty is little changed, Nifty futures likely to open around 24700 levels.
Benchmark Nifty index ended on a flat note at 24634 spot levels after a lackluster trading session.
Broader markets traded in line with the benchmark as Mid and Small cap indices ended on a flat note.
Performance on the sectoral front was no different. PSU Bank, Oil & Gas and Realty index were the top performers, rose 1.78%, 1.35% & 0.88% respectively, on the other hand, Media index was down nearly 1% while rest of the sectoral indices settled on a flat note.
Technically, Nifty index has reach the immediate supports of 24600 spot levels, however, overall chart structure is negative until it crosses and sustains above 25000 spot levels on closing basis. A decisive break below 24600 spot levels might take it towards 24300 spot levels in immediate near term. Hence, we maintain sell on rise trading strategy till it is trading below the said levels.
